8 Bridges helped plan and launch Springboard’s first-ever capital campaign to create SpringBOX, a dynamic new campus located at 262 University Avenue West in Saint Paul. Reinventing the site of a former used car dealership, SpringBOX provides a front yard for the neighborhood while supporting Springboard’s economic and community development mission that empowers and connects artists and communities.
